Do I need to have an established business?
No. You need a business, an idea, an offer or a direction you want to develop. The day will be useful whether you are early-stage or already established and ready to grow more intentionally.
Is this only for therapists?
No. While many of our community are therapists, counsellors and practitioners, the One Day Implementor is suitable for anyone who wants to grow a service-based or purpose-led business.
Will I be expected to share personal financial information?
No. You will be invited to think honestly about your business, but you will not be required to share anything private or commercially sensitive.
Is this a lecture-style day?
No. There will be teaching and guidance, but this is an implementation day. You will be working on your own business throughout.
Will I leave with a finished plan?
You will leave with a clearer direction and a practical 90-day action plan. You may also make progress on specific pieces of work during the day, such as messaging, offer copy, website wording, follow-up plans or content ideas.
What if I feel behind or unclear?
