There are two parts to the application process.
First, you’ll need to download and complete the Level 7 Application Document. Once you’ve finished it, you’ll use the submission form further down this page to upload it to us.
Step 1 – Download and complete your application document

Important: When the document opens, download and save a copy to your computer before you begin completing it. The online version cannot be edited directly.
Once you have saved the document:
- Open the saved copy on your computer.
- Complete all of the questions in the application form.
- Save your completed application using the file name:
[Your Name] – Level 7 Application - You’ll then be ready to upload your completed application in Step 2.
Take your time with this part. The application gives us a little more information about your experience, your current practice and what is drawing you towards Level 7.
Step 2 – Submit your completed application
When your application document is ready, scroll down to the Application Submission Form below.
Complete your contact details and attach your finished Level 7 Application Document when prompted.
Once you submit the form, your application will be sent to us and we’ll be in touch about the next stage.
